Can't open lid
I have been using this toothpaste for a little under a year and I wanted to give a review.
Pro: i have a mint allergy and both this and the orange flavor have been amazing. My teeth feel amazing after using and the flavor is great.
Con: I can barely get the lid open. I have depression and brushing my teeth can be a big struggle. I was excited to find this toothpaste, but for being a kids bottle, the lid is so hard to open I have chipped a nail multiple times.
It left me so defeated I often wouldn't even brush my teeth, something I am trying to fix. Today I finally decided enough was enough, and bought some travel squeeze bottles from the dollar store and emptied the toothpastes into them. They are easier to open so I am looking forward to being able to use this toothpaste again.

Better than others
While the heavy metals specifically lead and mercury need to be improved upon, your kids toothpaste (orange cream), tested far below other brands! I specifically bought your brand based on the TamaraRubin. com report.
It has a pleasant taste and I feel better knowing I’m not getting ridiculously high levels of heavy metals like Van Man’s, Hello, Burt’s Bees, Colgate, Crest, and Tom’s of Maine all of which I have used.
